Hand Building- Saturday 24th June 2017
This workshop is a relaxed way to get into ceramics. Not so much about the technical side, but more about the fun side of getting your hands on some clay!
Come and spend the day in the light filled studio of Marley & Lockyer, in the beautiful Tamar Valley with Ness while she guides you through making your very own pieces. During the workshop you will explore many techniques in hand building and finishing your pieces.
This workshop needs no experience and is the perfect way to get your hands on some clay without the technical side of ceramics. It's a great, relaxing way to spend your Saturday, while having some fun and building your own functional pieces.
After the workshop your pieces will be fired and glazed with clear glaze and can be picked up, or posted to you. Thee is a 4-6 week turnaround on fired wares.
A wonderful local lunch is provided.
